I used Stampin' Up dimensions for the teddy bearand the oval scallop.
Sorry about not making any posts for a while! I've been very busy with school and tests. I finally had time to make this card. I'm hoping to join a challenge but I'm not sure which one. If anyone has any ideas, let me know!
